Tips for Ordering
Ready Mixed Concrete
Advance Notice
Please call dispatch to set up your order at least 24 hours
in advance. Remember, the more notice you give us, the more
likely you will be able to reserve the time slot you need.
Be Prepared and Specific
When ordering, the customer service representative will need
a job site address, specific directions to the site, time and
spacing of pour, and what products or additives you may need
delivered.
Will Call
A will call order is an order placed in advance to reserve a
time slot.
Although, a will call order will not be shipped until the order
is released
by the customer. A will call order needs to be released
preferably
two hours prior to the scheduled pour time.
Mixer Operators are not called in until the order is released
from will
call status. By releasing your will call order well in advance,
you can
help us avoid any service delays.
Sure Orders
A sure order is an order set up to arrive at the job site at
a specific
time. Any cancellation of a sure order must be done at least an
hour before the scheduled pour time or you run the risk that the
order
has already been loaded to come to you.
Flexibility
Weather, availability of pumps, and other factors can affect
the decision
to pour even minutes before the pour times. By working with our
customer
service department, we can have our mixer trucks and operators,
and plants
can be waiting to service your pour at your demand.
